What if one or some of my prescription medicines are not available?

As a first step, we will try and source all the medicines you need from one of our warehouses. In case we are out of stock then you will receive a call from our pharmacist who will inform you of the missing medicines and you can proceed with those that are available.

 

In some cases, we might be able to source them for you within 1-2 days (subject to availability) and deliver them separately if you are willing to wait.
