We just need a clear photo of your prescription along with any related bills/ invoices, your National ID, and Insurance Card (optional). Our pharmacist will call you in case there is a problem with any document submitted online.
A valid ID proof is also needed for prescription orders to ensure that our drivers handover the medicine(s) to the right person. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
